Continuous Improvement - how can we use it to engage our employees?

How is it that while we all regularly acknowledge the positive impact engaged employees make in our own workplaces (22% more productive according to Gallup), we are happy to tolerate a situation where only one in seven employees are highly engaged?

If you are interested in learning more about how we can use the continuous improvement process as a catalyst to engage disaffected employees please join me in this roundtable discussion where we can share our own experiences in engaging employees, and I will reveal the four engagement drivers I identified during my recent doctorial study.
